We are seeking a Part-time retail consultant to join our team in Armadale. This role will be required to work 3 days a week including an alternating Saturday. What the role entails: Establish and grow retail sales. Manage, maintain, and coordinate sales from order to delivery. Promptly follow up quotes via phone and email. Build warm and professional relationships with all retail clients, architects, and designers. Maintain the showroom. Maintain awareness of market trends, understanding the broader industry, market developments, and monitoring what local competitors are doing.  Take an interest in championing new initiatives to improve business and grow sales. Highly developed organisational skills. Experience working with POS software.   What we are looking for: A collaborative individual who has a passion for high end design and retail. Relevant work history in a similar role. Reporting to the Showroom Manager, you will be a collaborative individual who has a passion for high end design and retail. This role will be required to work 3 days a week with alternative Saturdays. The Role: We’re looking for an Architectural Designer who thrives in a highly creative, detail-driven environment. This is not a volume-production role—you’ll be deeply involved in the design and delivery of a select number of high-end projects, from concept through to completion. You’ll work directly with the studio director and a small, tight-knit team, contributing meaningfully to design direction, documentation, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities -Develop concept designs through to detailed documentation for ultra-luxury residential projects -Produce high-quality drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations -Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and specialist makers -Assist in client presentations and design development meetings -Contribute to material selection, detailing, and bespoke design elements -Ensure design integrity is maintained throughout all project phases. What We’re Looking For: -Degree in Architecture or related field -3–7 years’ experience in high-end residential or luxury projects -Strong design sensibility with a refined, minimalist aesthetic -Advanced skills in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite -Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills -Strong communication and presentation abilities -Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team What Sets You Apart -Experience working on ultra-luxury homes or boutique developments -A deep appreciation for materials, craftsmanship, and spatial quality -Confidence in client-facing situations -A calm, thoughtful approach under pressure What We Offer: -Opportunity to work on architecturally significant, design-led projects -Close mentorship and direct involvement with studio leadership -A collaborative, design-focused studio culture Exposure to every stage of the design and construction process
