It is part of a series of bronzes inspired by Norse mythology. Hlín  is considered a protector goddess related to Frigg, the goddess of motherhood.

Rounded biomorphic lines contrasting with strong angles are reminiscent of the spectacular Icelandic landscape, making Hlín a charming and aesthetically pleasing statement piece.
