A Sydney icon for over thirty years, Parterre has been sourcing antiques and collectables from all corners of the world. Founder, Richard Haigh, has now taken his creative style and channelled it into creating a unique alfresco dining experience.

The courtyard is decorated with 18th and 19th century mirrors, urns and potted citrus and olive trees. French antique porcelain plates and antique cutlery provide a beautiful palate for our French themed cuisine.
Our philosophy is to source our produce where possible from independent local producers with an emphasis of freshness and seasonal availability. Enjoy an Allpress coffee and sample one of our French tartines with savoury toppings, pastries and tarts.
